  • The Procuring Entity may deduct Liquidated damages from payments due to the Supplier.

  • The PCC and Technical specifications shall specify what tests the Procuring Entity requires and where they are to be conducted.

  • During Contract execution, any changes in any such codes and standards shall be applied only after approval by the Procuring Entity and shall be treated under GCC Clause 18.
