00 ASSOCIATION REPRESENTATIVES. 4.01 The Employer recognizes the right of the Association to designate representatives and alternates for the enforcement of this Agreement. 4.02 The Association shall furnish the Employer in writing the names of the representatives and alternates so designated by the Association which shall be limited to, and shall not exceed, the following duties and activities: (a) The investigation and representation of grievances in accordance with the provision of the collective bargaining Agreement. (b) The transmission of such messages and information which shall originate with, and are authorized by the Association or its officers.
