Common use of 01(c) Clause in Contracts

01(c). The Borrower further authorizes the Administrative Agent or its counsel to file, without the Borrower’s signature, UCC- 1 Financing Statements that name the Borrower as debtor and the Administrative Agent as secured party and that describe the Collateral in which the Administrative Agent has a grant of security hereunder and any amendments or continuation statements that may be necessary or desirable.

01(c). The Borrower further authorizes the Administrative Agent or its counsel to file, without the Borrower’s signature, UCC- 1 Financing Statements financing statements that name the Borrower as debtor and the Administrative Agent as secured party and that describe “all assets in which the debtor now or hereafter has rights” as the Collateral in which the Administrative Agent has a grant of security hereunder and any amendments or continuation statements that may be necessary or desirable.

01(c). The Borrower further authorizes the Administrative Agent or its counsel to file, without the Borrower’s signature, UCC- 1 Financing Statements UCC-1 financing statements or the equivalent thereof in any foreign jurisdiction, if applicable, that name the Borrower as debtor and the Administrative Collateral Agent as secured party and that describe describes “all assets in which the debtor now or hereafter has rights” as the Collateral in which the Administrative Collateral Agent has a grant of security hereunder and any amendments or continuation statements that may be necessary or desirable.
