01(c). The Borrower further authorizes the Administrative Agent or its counsel to file, without the Borrower’s signature, UCC- 1 Financing Statements that name the Borrower as debtor and the Administrative Agent as secured party and that describe the Collateral in which the Administrative Agent has a grant of security hereunder and any amendments or continuation statements that may be necessary or desirable.
