Common use of 01(c) Clause in Contracts

01(c). The seniority of a full- time or part-time probationary employee who has completed his/her probation period to the satisfaction of the Employer will be dated from the first day of the probationary period which is the first day of continuous full-time or part-time work as appropriate;
