01Defined Terms and Interpretations. In addition to other words and terms defined elsewhere in this Agreement (including the preamble), when used in this Agreement and in the exhibits and schedules to this Agreement, the capitalized words and terms set forth in Schedule One attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference thereto shall have the meanings set forth in Part I of Schedule One unless otherwise defined herein or the context otherwise clearly requires. In addition, the provisions of Part II of Schedule One shall, unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, apply to the interpretation of the words and terms used herein.
