01Organization; Powers Clause Samples
The 'Organization; Powers' clause defines the legal formation and the scope of authority granted to an entity, such as a corporation or limited liability company. It typically outlines the entity's existence under applicable law and specifies the powers it may exercise, such as entering contracts, owning property, or conducting business activities. This clause ensures that the entity is properly established and clarifies the extent of its legal capabilities, thereby providing certainty to third parties and internal stakeholders about what the organization can and cannot do.
