1Service description. 11.1.1 Telephone banking is a servictehat enables the customer to receive the following services determined by the Bank over the means of telephone communication without the need to visit the Bank: 11.1.1. 1Receive banking information; 11.1.1. 2Become registered for the purposes of using different bankingvsiceers and make changes to the registered data. 11.1.1. 3Representing the application about receiving back the sum withheld in ATM. 11.1.2 Telephone banking services cover all accounts of the customer. In case if the customer does not wish to receive telephone banking services with respect to any of his account he must notify the Bank about such wish in writing or in any other form provided by in this Agreement. 11.1.3 In order to receive telephone banking services the customer should submit the application to the Bank in accocerdwanith paragraph 1.2 of this agreement.
