202 Basic Services. The Consultant shall perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in general conformance with common local practices, ASTM Practice E1527-13, and the current USEPA standard for “All Appropriate Inquiries cited under 40 CFR Part 312. Prior to the commencement of any Phase I environmental site assessment, a meeting with the City and Consultant will be held and the Consultant shall request copies of the Abstract of Title; deed history; property tax map; property surveys and site plans; building plans and specs; pertinent reports (Appraisal, geotechnical reports, prior Phase I/II/III reports) and all environmental records (permits, Material Safety Data Sheets, hazardous waste manifests, tank documents, asbestos abatement reports) to the extent they may be available.
