2350 Space Sample Clauses

2350 Space. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Lease to the contrary, Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge and agree that in the event that approximately 201,600 square feet of space at Skyport 2350 becomes available on or before June 1, 2021 (the "2350 Space"), Landlord shall so notify Tenant and the parties shall enter into an amendment to this Lease which will change the Leased Premises to the 2350 Space and amend any other applicable sections or exhibits impacted by such square footage change, including but not limited Landlord's turnkey work. Landlord and Tenant hereby further acknowledge and agree that the per square foot rental rates and the Allowance (as defined in Exhibit B) shall remain unchanged.
