2a Employee List. Upon the hiring of a new employee, the employer shall furnish the CSEA Labor Relations Specialist and Unit President with the new hire’s name, home address, and position title. Furthermore, the Employer agrees to update the list of all employees in the negotiating unit covered by this contract at least quarterly, upon request, by providing the Union with the names, home addresses, and position titles of newly hired, reinstated and transferred employees, as well as employees who terminated employment in the negotiating unit.
