2b – Cooperation with Community. Licensees are expected to comply with any reasonable requests made by a roommate or Student Housing community member. As a member of a community, the rights and compelling interests of the community outweigh those of the individuals. Community concerns include, but are not limited to: lowering loud music, personal belongings usage, or guest over-visitation.
