3rd Shift. Any shift with a scheduled starting time of on or after 10:00 p.m. and before 3:00 a.m.
3rd Shift. 10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Unpaid lunch periods:
3rd Shift. It is understood that on some of the Employer’s projects, a third shift may be required, and if such is the case, then the hourly rate shall be increased by twenty-two cents ($0.22)
3rd Shift. An employee for whom the majority of his normal hours of work fall between 12:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. receives shift premium of thirty-five cents ($.35) per hour. (119)(117) Employees equally rotating between all three shifts shall receive an additional thirty-five cents ($.35) per hour. (120)(118) Employees who are on the staggered work week or rotating work week schedules shall receive an additional thirty-five cents ($.35) per hour. (121)(119) The additional thirty-five cents ($.35) per hour paid to employee’s working the staggered work week or rotating work week schedules shall be added to the employee’s base hourly rate of pay, for all purposes, including but not limited to overtime.
3rd Shift. 2:30 a.m. - 3:00 a.m. If more than 120 employees are on a shift, the employer may stagger lunch periods.
3rd Shift. Eight (8) hours per day five (5) days a week (Monday – Friday) DAY START BREAK LUNCH BREAK FINISH

Related to 3rd Shift

  • Hour Shift A twelve (12) hour tour shall be inclusive of a total of forty-five (45) minutes of unpaid meal time and a total of forty-five (45) minutes paid relief periods.

  • Day Shift The standard work day will consist of eight (8) hours worked between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with a designated thirty (30) minute lunch period. Starting and stopping times to be determined by mutual agreement between the Company and the shop employees.

  • Hour Shifts When the Employer deems it necessary to implement a twelve (12) hour work day, affected employees shall be notified pursuant to Clause 14.05. The following Clauses shall be replaced or added to the Collective Agreement where appropriate.

  • Afternoon Shift (i) Afternoon Shift is any shift where the normal ceasing time is later than 6.00 p.m. but not later than midnight. (ii) The additional loading for ordinary hours only shall be twenty-five percent (25%) of the all purpose rate applying to the Employees' classification.

  • Work Shift The hours an employee is scheduled to work each workday in a workweek.
