501G Fleetwide Issue Notification. During the Term of this Agreement, if Seller becomes aware of a fleetwide issue involving the Siemens Westinghouse 501G Combustion Turbine which may have a deleterious affect on Buyer's Combustion Turbines, Seller shall, within a reasonable time of becoming aware of such fleetwide issue, notify Buyer thereof, and if such fleetwide issue requires an additional repair or replacement of a Program Part or Miscellaneous Hardware to be performed, such additional repair or replacement shall be performed in accordance with Section 8.1 if the issue is covered under the New Program Parts and Miscellaneous Hardware Warranty specified therein and or in accordance with Sections 3.3, 3.4, 5.2 and 5.3, as applicable, if the issue is not covered by the New Program Parts and Miscellaneous Hardware Warranty specified in Section 8.1.
