Common use of A-4 Certificates Clause in Contracts

A-4 Certificates. The Certificates designated as “Class 3-A-4” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Class 3-A-4-L Regular Interest: The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC II which constitutes a REMIC II Regular Interest and is entitled to distributions as set forth herein.

A-4 Certificates. The Certificates designated as “Class 31-A-4” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Class 31-A-4-L Regular Interest: The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC II which constitutes a REMIC II Regular Interest and is entitled to distributions as set forth herein. Class 1- A-4-M Regular Interest: The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC III which constitutes a REMIC III Regular Interest and is entitled to distributions as set forth herein.
