Common use of A Change Order Clause in Contracts

A Change Order. is a written order to the Contractor signed by the Owner or his authorized agent and issued after the execution of this Agreement, authorizing a Change in the Project and/or an adjustment in the Guaranteed Maximum or the Project Schedule.

A Change Order. is a written order amendment to the Contractor Contract Documents signed by the Owner or his authorized agent and the Contractor, issued after the execution of this Agreementthe Contract, authorizing a Change change in the Project and/or Work or an adjustment in the Guaranteed Maximum Contract Amount or the Project ScheduleContract Time. The Contract Amount and the Contract Time may be changed only by Change Order.

If the Contractor, subsequent to the issuance of a Construction Change Directive, agrees to its terms including any applicable adjustment to the Contract Sum and Contract Time, Contractor signed by the Owner or his authorized agent shall sign it and issued after the execution of this Agreement, authorizing it shall become a Change in the Project and/or an adjustment in the Guaranteed Maximum or the Project ScheduleOrder.

A Change Order. is a written order to the Contractor signed by the Owner or his authorized agent and issued the Contractor after the execution of this Agreement, authorizing a Change indicating changes in the Project scope of the Work, the Contract Price and/or an adjustment in Contract Time, including substitutions proposed by the Guaranteed Maximum or Contractor and accepted by the Project ScheduleOwner.

A Change Order. is a written order to the Contractor Construction Manager signed by the Owner or his authorized agent and issued after the execution of this Agreement, authorizing a Change change in the Project or the method or manner of performance and/or an adjustment in the Guaranteed Maximum Price, the Construction Manager's Fee or the Construction Completion Date. Each adjustment in the Guaranteed Maximum Price resulting from a Change Order shall clearly separate the amount attributable to the Cost of the Project Scheduleand the Construction Manager's Fee.
