A Compounding Methodology Supplement. relating to the Daily Non-Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate or the Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate overrides anything relating to that rate in: (i) Schedule 14 (Daily Non-Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate) or Schedule 15 (Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate), as the case may be; or (ii) any earlier Compounding Methodology Supplement. (i) The determination of the extent to which a rate is "for a period equal in length" to an Interest Period shall disregard any inconsistency arising from the last day of that Interest Period being determined pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
