A contractor. Employer(s) who has employed a District Graduate for up to six months preceding the start of the District project for a minimum of at least 100 hours per month and has the ability to perform safely the basic functions of the applicable trade may receive credit for 50% of these hours towards the 30% goal. A Contractor/Employer may also receive credit for 50% of the documented hours performed by District Graduates or Berkeley Residents on the Contractor’s non-District projects, when such hours are concurrent with the Contractor’s work on the Projects.
