Common use of A Part Clause in Contracts

A Part. time teacher shall mean a teacher employed under Contract of Employment to provide service for less than the regular hours of instruction per school year as established by the Employer’s policy.

A Part. time teacher shall mean a teacher employed under Contract a contract of Employment to provide service for employment with the Employer, whose assignment is less than the regular hours that of instruction per school year as established by the Employer’s policya full-time teacher.

A Part. time teacher shall mean a teacher employed under Contract a contract of Employment to provide service for employment with the School Division whose assignment is less than the regular hours that of instruction per school year as established by the Employer’s policya full-time teacher.
