A qualified. surplus employee or displaced employee who, at his/her force disposition date, is entitled to, but has not yet received, a guaranteed job offer shall remain on the payroll at his/her existing wage rate and shall be assigned such work within the Force Adjustment Area as Management deems appropriate until the guaranteed job offer is made.
