A - RECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole Bargaining Agent for all Registered and Graduate Nurses employed by London Health Sciences Centre at Victoria Campus, in a nursing capacity at London, save and except Nurse- Practitioner/Clinical Nurse Specialists, Coordinators, persons above the rank of Coordinator, persons regularly employed for not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week and employees covered by subsisting Collective Agreements.
