A - RECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole Bargaining Agent for all Registered Nurses and Nurses with a Temporary Certificate of Registration employed by London Health Sciences Centre in the City of London, Ontario, in a nursing capacity, save and except Advanced Nurse- Practitioners/Clinician Nurse Specialists, Coordinators and persons above the rank of Coordinator and employees covered by subsisting Collective Agreements.
