Common use of AB Reporting Clause in Contracts

AB Reporting. During the Term of this Agreement, AB will keep ABI informed as to the activities of AB and its sublicensees with respect to the development, manufacture, use, sale or distribution of Renewable Fuel Products and Renewable Chemical Products or otherwise involving the ABI Technology. In connection therewith, AB will deliver, to ABI, and will cause its sublicensees to deliver to ABI, no less frequently than quarterly, a written report summarizing in reasonable detail progress with respect to such activities, since the last such report, including without limitation any AB Improvements and Joint Improvements which have arisen during such time period.
