Abandonment of Exclusive Operations. This Article shall apply mutatis mutandis to the abandonment of an Exclusive ---------------- Well or any well in which an Exclusive Operation has been conducted; provided that no well shall be permanently plugged and abandoned unless and until all Parties having the right to conduct further operations in such well have been notified of the proposed abandonment and afforded the opportunity to elect to take over the well in accordance with the provisions of this Article X.
