Abandonment of the Project by the Concessionaire. If there is a change in the rights of ownership of the Concessionaire or in the powers of any trustee/member of the governing body/ management to direct the management or the policies of the Concessionaire where such change would be reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect on the ability of the Concessionaire to comply in all material respects with its obligation under this Concession Agreement;
