Common use of Abandonment or Default Clause in Contracts

If Provider abandons work or defaults on the Contract and fails to cure such default within 30 days after receiving written notice of such default, the GLO may terminate the Contract without notice and Provider shall cease work, terminate any subcontracts, and incur no further expense related to this Contract.
