Defendant has the right to revoke this Agreement if more than 5% of the Rule 23 Class Members timely and properly opt-out under Sections 2.5(A) and (B), by delivering written notice to Class Counsel of its intent to revoke within ten (10) business days after the end of the Opt-out Period.
