Common use of Abnormal Conditions Clause in Contracts

Abnormal Conditions. To the extent any Party is aware of any Abnormal Condition, such Party, subject to the satisfaction of and compliance with Regulatory Requirements, will make Reasonable Efforts to promptly notify the other Parties of such Abnormal Condition if it may reasonably be expected to affect a Party’s operation of its transmission system. However, the failure of any Party to provide notice in conformance with this Section 7.4 shall not constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
