Common use of Absolute Discretion Clause in Contracts

Absolute Discretion. The Company shall have absolute discretion in all matters relating to the exercise of its rights conferred upon it by the Agreement (including, without limitation, this Clause 21 (Rights and remedies of the Company)), and may appropriate, sell, realise, redeem, liquidate, transfer, set- off, dispose or otherwise deal with any Investment Products or other assets of the Client on a single or collective basis at any time and any manner as the Company sees fit.
