Absolute Owners. The Issuer, the Trustee, any Paying Agent, any Exchange Agent and any Note Registrar may deem the Person in whose name such Note shall be registered upon the Note Register to be, and may treat it as, the absolute owner of such Note (whether or not such Note shall be overdue and notwithstanding any notation of ownership or other writing thereon made by any Person other than the Issuer or any Note Registrar) for the purpose of receiving payment of or on account of the principal of (including the Redemption Price or repurchase price upon redemption or repurchase pursuant to Article 3), premium, if any, and interest on such Note, for exchange of such Note and for all other purposes; and neither the Issuer nor the Trustee nor any Paying Agent nor any Exchange Agent nor any Note Registrar shall be affected by any notice to the contrary. All such payments so made to any Holder in whose name any Note is registered on the Note Register on any record date or special record date, shall be valid, and, to the extent of the sum or sums so paid, effectual to satisfy and discharge the liability for monies payable upon any such Note.
