Common use of Absolute Owners Clause in Contracts

Absolute Owners. The Litigation Trustee may deem and treat the holder of a Litigation Trust Interest of record in the Trust Register as the absolute owner of such Litigation Trust Interests for the purpose of receiving distributions and payment thereon or on account thereof and for all other purposes whatsoever and the Litigation Trustee shall not be charged with having received notice of any claim or demand to such Litigation Trust Interests or the interest therein of any other Person.

Absolute Owners. The Litigation Trustee may deem and treat any Litigation Trust Beneficiary reflected as the holder owner of a Litigation Trust Interest of record in on the applicable Trust Register as the absolute owner of such Litigation Trust Interests thereof for the purpose purposes of receiving distributions and payment thereon or payments on account thereof thereof, for federal and state income tax purposes and for all other purposes whatsoever and the Litigation Trustee shall not be charged with having received notice of any claim or demand to such Litigation Trust Interests or the interest therein of any other Personwhatsoever.
