Absolute Owners. The Liquidating Trustee may deem and treat the Liquidating Trust Beneficiary of record in the Trust Register as the absolute owner of any such Liquidating Trust Interests for the purpose of receiving distributions and payment thereon or on account thereof and for all other purposes whatsoever and the Liquidating Trustee shall not be charged with having received notice of any claim or demand to such Liquidating Trust Interests or the interest therein of any other Person.
