Common use of Absolute Owners Clause in Contracts

Absolute Owners. The Trustee may deem and treat each Beneficial Interestholder reflected as the owner of a Beneficial Interest on the Register as the absolute owner thereof for the purpose of receiving the distributions and payments on account thereof and for all other purposes whatsoever, and until any transfer of ownership is recorded in the Register, the Trustee shall not be charged with having received notice of any claim or demand of any other person to such Beneficial Interest or the rights, titles, and interests therein. All notices of a change of ownership of Trust Certificates shall be forwarded to the Trustee by registered or certified mail as set out in Section 10.3.
