Common use of Absolute Triple Net Lease Clause in Contracts

Absolute Triple Net Lease. The Rent shall be paid absolutely net to Landlord, so that this Lease shall yield to Landlord the full amount of the installments of Base Rent, Construction Period Rent and the payments of Additional Charges throughout the Term, but subject to any other provisions of this Lease which expressly provide for adjustment of Rent or other charges. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that all charges, assessments or payments of any kind due and payable under the Permitted Exceptions shall be paid by Tenant as such charges, assessments or payments become due and payable.
