Common use of Abstention Clause in Contracts

Abstention. The failure of either Party to exercise any right, power or privilege under the Agreement shall not be treated as a waiver of the same. The single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege shall not exclude the exercise of any other right, power or privilege.
