Common use of Acceding Guarantors Clause in Contracts

Acceding Guarantors. 10.18.1 The Original Borrower shall procure that each Material Subsidiary of the Original Borrower (other than the Original Guarantors) becomes an Acceding Guarantor either: (a) in the case of a person which is a member of the Group on the date of this Agreement within 15 days of it becoming a Material Subsidiary; or (b) in the case of a person which becomes a Subsidiary of the Original Borrower after the date of this Agreement in the event that such Subsidiary is a Material Subsidiary within 15 days of that person becoming a Subsidiary of the Original Borrower,
