Accelerated Maintenance. In the event of an Unscheduled Outage of the Facility, Seller shall, if requested by the Department, complete repairs to the Facility on an accelerated basis (to the extent achievable and consistent with Accepted Electrical Practices), and the Department shall pay for the incremental cost of such acceleration, provided that the scope and incremental costs have been approved by the Department prior to the repairs being made.
