Common use of Accelerated Purchases Clause in Contracts

Accelerated Purchases. In addition to the Regular Purchases, the Company shall have the right at any time on or after the Commencement Date to direct the Investor to purchase up to 30,000 Purchase Shares (such purchases “Accelerated Purchases” and the amount so purchased “Accelerated Purchase Amount”) at the Purchase Price on the Purchase Date, by delivery to the Investor of an Accelerated Purchase Notice which notice shall state the Accelerated Purchase Amount. The Company may direct the Investor to make multiple Accelerated Purchases so long as at least two (2) Business Days have passed since the most recent Accelerated Purchase was completed.
