Common use of Accelerating Event Clause in Contracts

Accelerating Event. Accelerating Event shall not include (i) corporate reorganizations where shareholders of the successor company(s) are substantially the same as the Company's shareholders and/or (ii) the assignment of shares of stock in the Company among family members, whether for estate planning or otherwise.
