Common use of Acceptability Clause in Contracts

Acceptability. The insurance to be maintained by Consultant must be issued by a company licensed or approved by the Insurance Commissioner to transact business in the State of Georgia. Such insurance shall be placed with insurers with a Best's Policyholder’s Rating of “A” or better and with a financial rating of Class VII or greater, or be otherwise acceptable to ▇▇▇▇ County.
