Common use of Acceptance and Assumption Clause in Contracts

Acceptance and Assumption. The Assignee hereby accepts the assignment of, assumes all of the Assignor’s obligations under and agrees to perform all obligations set forth in the Intellectual Property Agreements, Permits, Leases, Contracts and Warranties arising from and after the date hereof.

Acceptance and Assumption. The Assignee does hereby accepts accept assignment of the assignment of, assumes Assigned Contract and does hereby assume all of the Assignor’s obligations under rights, title, and interest in the Assigned Contract and agrees to perform all the obligations set forth in of the Intellectual Property Agreements, Permits, Leases, Contracts and Warranties charter holder under the Assigned Contract arising from therefrom on and after the date hereofEffective Date.

The Assignee hereby accepts the assignment ofof all of Assignor's rights, titles and interests under the Contracts, agrees to be bound by all of the terms, covenants and conditions thereof, and hereby assumes all of Assignor's obligations arising under the Assignor’s obligations under and agrees to perform all obligations set forth in the Intellectual Property Agreements, Permits, Leases, Contracts and Warranties arising relating to periods from and after the date hereofEffective Date.

Acceptance and Assumption. The Assignee hereby accepts the assignment of, assumes of all of Assignor's right, title and interest in and to the Assignor’s obligations under and agrees Assigned Property pursuant to perform all obligations set forth in the Intellectual Property Agreements, Permits, Leases, Contracts and Warranties arising from and after the date hereofterms of this Agreement.
