Acceptance and Lease of Property. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease, on the Acquisition Date (i) the Seller shall convey to the Lessor, and the Lessor shall accept delivery of, the Property pursuant to the terms hereof (and subject to the conditions set forth herein) and (ii) the Lessor shall demise and lease to the Lessee hereunder for the Term the Lessor's interest in the Property, subject to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Loan Documents and the Lessee hereby agrees, expressly for the direct benefit of the Lessor, to lease from the Lessor for the Term, the Lessor's interest in the Property.
