Acceptance and Rejection of Purchase Orders. Seller, in its sole discretion, may accept or reject any Purchase Order. Seller may accept any Purchase Order by confirming the order (whether by written confirmation, invoice, or otherwise) or by delivering the Products, whichever occurs first.
