Acceptance by Authenticating Agent, Certificate Registrar. The Certificate Administrator hereby accepts its appointment as Authenticating Agent and Certificate Registrar and agrees to perform the obligations required to be performed by it in each such capacity pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
