ACCEPTANCE BY CLIENT Clause Samples
The 'Acceptance by Client' clause defines the process by which a client formally acknowledges that the goods or services provided meet the agreed-upon specifications. Typically, this clause outlines the timeframe and method for the client to review deliverables, request corrections, or confirm satisfaction, such as through written approval or by not raising objections within a set period. Its core function is to establish a clear point at which the provider’s obligations are considered fulfilled, thereby reducing disputes over whether the work has been satisfactorily completed.
