Acceptance by Licensee. Licensee shall inspect the products promptly upon receipt thereof and may reject any products which are not according to then current Reduct product specifications. Products not rejected by written notification to Reduct within fourteen (14) days of receipt shall be deemed to have been accepted. Rejected products shall be returned freight prepaid to Reduct within ten (10) calendar days of rejection. As soon as possible Reduct shall, at its option and expense, either repair or replace such rejected products. Reduct shall prepay transportation costs back to Licensee and shall reimburse Licensee for any costs of transportation incurred by Licensee in connection with the return to Reduct of such properly rejected products.
