Acceptance by Participant. The receipt of the Award is conditioned upon the acceptance of this Agreement by the Participant. The Participant must accept this Award and Agreement on the EASi website (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇) within 60 days after receipt of the Award notification from EASi.
