Acceptance by Participant. The Participant shall confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement by electronically selecting and clicking on the button beside the words “I Accept” from the options provided below. By indicating such acceptance, the Participant agrees to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and hereby agrees that such acceptance shall be as valid and effective as of the Date of Grant as if the Participant signed this Agreement in person on that date. In the event the Participant does not accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement because an error exists in the Option information provided at the outset of this Agreement, the Participant must electronically select and click on the button beside the words “I Do Not Accept” from the options provided below, in which case the parties shall take such steps as may be necessary to correct any such error.
