Acceptance by the Issuer. The Issuer hereby acknowledges that, prior to or simultaneously with the execution and delivery of this Assignment, the Depositor delivered to the Issuer the Pool Loan Schedule described in Section 2 of this Assignment with respect to all Additional Pool Loans.
