Acceptance by the Transferee. Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 2015-1 2 SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 2015-1 2 SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 2015-1 2 SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.. Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20152018-1 A SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 20152018-1 A SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20152018-1 A SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement Agreement, or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20152009-1 SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 20152009-1 SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20152009-1 SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20152011-1 B SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 20152011-1 B SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20152011-1 B SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement Agreement, or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20152011-1 B SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 20152011-1 B SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20152011-1 B SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

Acceptance by the Transferee. Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 2015each 99% 1999-1 A SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 2015respective 1999-1 A SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 2015respective 99% 1999-1 A SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 2015each 99% 2001-1 A SUBI Certificate and the interest in the 2015respective 2001-1 A SUBI represented thereby, whether set forth in the 2015respective 99% 2001-1 A SUBI Certificate, in the SUBI Trust Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith..
