Acceptance Deadline Time Clause Samples

The Acceptance Deadline Time clause sets a specific cutoff point by which an offer must be accepted to remain valid. In practice, this means that if the recipient does not communicate acceptance by the stated deadline—such as a particular date and time—the offer automatically expires and can no longer be accepted. This clause ensures clarity and certainty for both parties by preventing open-ended offers and encouraging timely decision-making.
Acceptance Deadline Time. 85 Note: If FHA or VA loan boxes are checked in § 4.5.3 (Loan Limitations), the Appraisal deadlines do Not apply to FHA insured 86 or VA guaranteed loans.
